Refund Policy
 

Section 1 - When am I eligible for a refund?

 
 

If a) your item wasn’t shipped within the specified duration in the processing regulations during checkout, or b) you receive an item you did not order, you are eligible for a refund. For case b, the item you received is a gift from us.

If you have received the wrong item and wish to apply for a refund, email us your invoice and a photo of the item(s) you have received. Once you request for a refund, we will get back to you within 3 working days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will then be applied to your original method of payment.

Section 2 - Late or Missing Refunds

 
 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
